End User Services Analyst
Job Location: 4 Irving Place, Manhattan, NY 10003
Work Model: Onsite with Travel Requirements
Travel Requirements: This is a 100% onsite role, and the resource might have to travel once a week to different locations within NYC with expenses paid

? Perform all on-site activities related installation, repairs, management, and maintenance.
? Track and document the progress of requests.
? Perform troubleshooting.
? Identify all issues.
? Suggest and implement solutions.
? Operate vehicle in a safe manner.

? Experience with software and tools.
? Proficiency in data visualization techniques.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
