Senior Freelance IT Recruiter – 100% remote

We are looking for a experienced IT recruiters with at least 3 years of experience and with the will to work in a freelance way with commisiones based on performance.

Key responsibilities:
? Manage and execute the complete IT profile recruitment process.
? Identify and attract qualified talent through different recruitment channels.
? Conduct telephone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical and cultural competencies of candidates.
? Collaborate with team leaders to understand specific needs and position requirements.
? Manage the candidate database, keeping information updated and organized.
? Provide reports and analysis on the progress of selection processes to talent management teams.
? Participate in the continuous improvement of IT talent attraction and selection strategies.

Requirements:
? University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
? Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a specific focus on IT profiles.
? In-depth knowledge of the labor market and trends in the technology sector.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
? Experience with recruiting and candidate management tools (ATS).
? Ability to work autonomously and in a remote environment.
