Description:
? Responsible for leading and building relationships with strategic national distributors and brokers.
? Drive the success of a large distributor business and a retail sales team.
? Oversee a 120+ distributor network to grow sales and maximize profits.
? Collaborate with retail sales leaders to unlock growth opportunities.
? Build strong, long-term relationships with senior-level Merchants.
? Lead the modernization of the distributor network through digitization and data innovation.
? Execute impactful business initiatives on time, monitoring performance to ensure success.
Requirements:
? MBA preferred.
? Must have Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
? 10+ Years Strategic Sales & Operations Experience.
? At least 4 years experience leading large sales teams.
? Solid work experience in Retail, Supply Chain or Customer.
? Proven experience building win-win relationships with distributors and brokers in the beverage industry.
