? *Responsibilities:**
? Manage service calls, assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries.
? Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software.
? As a Traveler Support Counselor, your role is crucial in delivering an excellent customer experience that drives loyalty and referrals. Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies.
? Achieve monthly performance goals.
? Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit.
? Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals
? *Qualifications:**
? 1+ years of experience working in either In-person or Remote Call Center
? Experience working in the travel industry is a plus!
? Experience using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is preferred
? Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems
? History of consistently attaining performance goals
? High attention to detail
? Positive attitude and flexibility8
? International travel/work experience is preferred
? *Remote Work Requirements:**
? Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi)
? Landline phone
? 2mbps internet speed (higher speed preferred)
