Training is PAID and is a duration of two weeks.
We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents with experience previously in a call center environment. MUST have a great understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service to consumers.
This is an inbound customer service position; there is NO outbound calling or sales.
Starting Pay Rate $10.00 ($11 for bilingual) Pay will be reviewed 30 days, after completed training.
Responsibilities:
? Handle customer inquiries and complaints
? Retaining existing customer monthly memberships
? Provide information about the products and services
? Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
? Document and update customer records based on interactions
? Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
? Previous work from home experience
? Ability to build rapport with customers
? Ability to multitask and quickly adapt and learn new programs
? Positive and professional demeanor
? Excellent verbal communication skills
? Availability to work Saturday’s- required for the position
