Responsibilities:
? Provide remote ABA services and conduct behavior assessments for clients in Wisconsin.
? Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to client needs.
? Supervise RBTs and work closely with families and other professionals.
? Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation on client progress and treatment plans.
? Ensure that services are aligned with ABA best practices and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
? Active BCBA certification and Wisconsin state licensure.
? At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
? Strong understanding of ABA principles and remote service delivery.
? Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to start immediately and manage a flexible schedule independently.
