Position: Customer Service Agent
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers.
? Assist with check-in procedures, boarding, and baggage handling.
? Resolve passenger concerns and issues in a professional manner.
? Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
? Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Position: Flight Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
? Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
? Provide exceptional customer service and assist with passenger needs.
? Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
? Handle in-flight emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.
Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
? Minimum age of 21 years.
? Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
? Height and weight proportionate to maintain safety standards.
? Ability to work varying shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
? Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Position: Pilot
Key Responsibilities:
? Operate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
? Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers and crew.
? Conduct pre-flight inspections and flight planning.
? Communicate with air traffic control and ground personnel.
Requirements:
? Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
? Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.
? Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
? Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
