Description:
? Work in front of a computer for approximately 8 hours speaking with members
? Listen to member?s needs and provide direction for care
? Build a trusting and caring relationship with members
? Educate members on benefits and health resources
? Document and track contacts with members
? Resolve issues with limited management intervention
? Collaborate with colleagues for the best customer experience
? Coach and assist in call center staff development
Requirements:
? Must work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm EST
? Customer Service experience in a transaction based environment
? 1+ year of Microsoft Office Suite Experience
? Experience working multiple screens and applications
? Effective organizational skills
? Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
