Job Details:
? Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
? Location: Fully Remote
? Caseload: PreK-12 students with diverse needs
? Contract Type: 1099
? Pay Range: $41-46 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
? Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet each student’s unique requirements.
? Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
? Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to align therapy goals with educational plans.
? Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
? Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights on students’ communication goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
? Master?s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
? Active SLP license in Florida.
? ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
? At least two years of experience in a school-based setting preferred.
? Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
? Strong communication and organizational skills.
