Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist

Description:
? Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and other software tools.
? Verify and validate data for completeness and correctness.
? Maintain and organize digital records and files.
? Review data for discrepancies and correct errors as needed.
? Assist in data cleaning and organizing data sets for reporting purposes.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry meets company standards and deadlines.
? Handle confidential and sensitive information with care and integrity.
? Respond to data-related inquiries and requests from internal teams.
? Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s degree preferred but not required).
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
? Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Basic knowledge of data entry software and tools is a plus but not required.
? Comfortable with working on a computer for extended periods.
? Experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
? Familiarity with database management systems is preferred but not required.
