**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support/Help Desk/Field Support Specialist to provide on-site and on-call assistance to end-users within our organization’s desktop computing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a flexible schedule. **Responsibilities:**
? Provide on-site and on-call technical support for… end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment
? Troubleshoot and resolve computer OS/peripherals issues
? Install and configure hardware and software, including deployment tools like SCCM
? Provide printer support and basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
? Install and troubleshoot MS Office tools
? Demonstrate excellent customer service and people skills
? Manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-pressure situations
? *Qualifications:**
? At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
? Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
? Excellent end-user computing skills
? Good knowledge of infrastructure support
? Strong customer service ethic and great communication skills
? Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
? Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM
? In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, PC/Laptop hardware, and PC/Laptop peripherals
