Responsibilities:
? Answer inbound calls from customers regarding meter reading services, meter installations, billing inquiries, and other related issues.
? Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests effectively.
? Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving their concerns.
? Handle escalated calls and customer complaints professionally, resolving issues to the customer’s satisfaction and escalating unresolved issues to management as needed.
Qualifications:
? High School Diploma or the equivalent.
? Proficient data entry skills.
? Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
? Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.36 – $25.94 per hour
