– Develop and execute marketing plans for sales and retention of accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Five years of sales and marketing experience
– Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
– Effective presentation and customer service skills
– Analytical and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Health insurance sales experience
– Prior experience supporting sales during an annual election period
– High level of comfort supporting employer groups
– Strong analytic mindset around data compilation
– Current and active SC state insurance license
